A $95 deposit is required to reserve your appointment. This secures your time and is applied toward your service. If a deposit is not placed, a card on file is required.

We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Less than 48 hours: deposit is forfeited
Same-day cancellations or no-shows: 100% of the service fee will be charged

Please arrive on time to ensure the best experience.
20+ minutes late: your service may need to be adjusted or rescheduled
If rescheduled, there will be a $50 rescheduling fee

To maintain a relaxing, one-on-one environment, we ask that only clients receiving services attend appointments (service animals welcome).

Virtual consultations will take place via FaceTime to discuss your hair loss concerns. All appointments are scheduled in Pacific Time (PDT). Please note that virtual consultations are non-refundable, so be sure the time you selected works for you. You’ll receive a text message one hour before your appointment to confirm availability.

All hair replacement & hair extension services and goods are non-refundable.
Hair must be installed by our salon to guarantee quality
Proper at-home care is required to maintain results

Everyone’s hair journey is unique. Some clients need multiple sessions, and results can vary depending on individual factors such as health, lifestyle, and consistency. While many people see improvement, results cannot be guaranteed, and treatments are non-refundable. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice. Appointments changed or missed with less than 48 hours’ notice are subject to a $150 fee.

We accept major credit cards, cash, Zelle, Affirm, Klarna, AfterPay, HSA/FSA, & Cherry Financing.
(Venmo and personal checks are not accepted.) -
All services and hair purchases are final sale and non-refundable.
If you are not fully satisfied, we’re happy to make adjustments - please notify us within 72 hours of your appointment.
