All sales are final and non-refundable.

Credit Card on File / Deposits

Hair Dreams Boutique Salon requires a credit card to be on file in support of our No Show Policy. A deposit is required upon booking for all new guests. The deposit will be credited to the guests account at the time of service. All deposits are nonrefundable and in the event a client No Shows, that deposit will be forfeited.

Late Policy
Out of respect for other guests and our stylists time, we have a 20 minute late policy. If a guest is 20 minutes late or more, they may be asked to shorten their service time, or be asked to reschedule their appointment to another time. In the case of a need to reschedule, there may be a charge for 50% of the missed service, which will be charged to the credit card on file. 

Cancellations & No Shows
We value our guests and their time just as much as we value our staff and their time, therefore we have a 48 hour cancellation policy for all appointments. If for any reason a guest is unable to make their appointment, please contact the stylist to cancel the appointment with at least 48 hours of notice. If a less than 48 hour notice is given, then $100 of the service fee will be charged to the credit card on file. 

In the event the guest does not show up for the scheduled appointment and does not give any notice, the guest is considered a "no show" and 100% of the service fee will be charged to the credit card on file.

Feeling Sick or Unwell
If you are feeling under the weather, have a cough, or a fever, please reschedule your appointment. In the event that 24 hours notice is not given, there will be a rescheduling fee. If you arrive to your appointment with symptoms, your appointment will be canceled and you will no longer be able to book an appointment at Hair Dreams Boutique Salon.

Refunds and Color Adjustments
Hair Dreams Boutique Salons’ services are non refundable, however, there are circumstances where an adjustment may need to be made. At Hair Dreams Boutique Salon,  guest satisfaction is our top priority. If a guest is unsatisfied with their service, we are happy to schedule a complimentary adjustment appointment. Please contact the salon with 72 hours of the service date if there are any issues.

Children & Guests
Children & Guests are welcome when receiving a service, however we kindly ask that they are not brought along to accompany your appointment. This is to respect the stylists time, guests time and other salon guests.

Payment
We accept all major credit cards, cash, and Zelle. Personal checks are not accepted. 

Retail Product & Hair Extension Sales
Product sales are non refundable, but in the event you are not enjoying your product, you can bring it back to the salon to exchange it for something else within 14 days of purchase. Hair Extension sales are final sale.

Hair dreams boutique salon reserves the right to refuse service to anyone not complying with policies
